  1. Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Carlos Pena Melo contra el Ministerio de Proteccion Social -Coordinacion General del Grupo Interno de Trabajo para la Gestion del Pasivo Social de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia.
  2. Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Atlantico, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
